jimmijazz: Speculating on conspiracies / identities / motives etc. may be a useful way to vent so long as you know that you are most likely wrong - we simply don't get sufficient info to actually know. Please be careful not to cross the line between opinion and defamation (e.g. be careful about stating something defamatory as a fact if you can't prove it is true).

The good news is that the case in DC for a pre-judgment bond will be heard and the court will issue a judgment in due course and if that is in Crystallex's favour we can expect some real progress. (And then perhaps we might see what Gowling has up their sleeves.)
