Don I agree but there is one issue that gets missed in all the dialogue. If a poster is working for Tenor it is possible he is trying to solicit comments that would be used in court. 

Again this is all hypothetical but if Tenor did have a plant on the board it wouldn't surprise me to see posts that would directed towards making shareholders say they would be happy with .30. They would then turn around and use that in court to say we are all happy with .30 so don't pay shareholders what they deserve, pay them the lower amount because they are satisfied with that amount.

As Paau has said I have no legal expertise but I do try and think of why certain posts are being made when as we all know the line between sides have been drawn. What would be the point of posting negative comments or comments suggesting they think tenor has done a good job and we should be happy with what we get.

Posts suggesting Tenor hasn't broken the law and we are ungrateful shareholders make no sense unless there is a motive behind them. The only thing I can think of is people would want to use our comments against ourselves when what is being posted isn't our true feelings.

If my theory is correct (some will say conspiracy theory) then there are reasons why we have new posters looking for us to say we would be happy with anything when nothing could be further from the truth. All shareholders have ever wanted is what is fair and legal. The only way to determine that is for a court to listen to both sides and decide who is right. Like all decisions sometimes the amount is simple to figure out and other times it is complicated because of the actions of the party at fault.

As I said a few posts ago, until the onion is peeled all people without a NDA have no idea what is true and what is fair. I know for me what is fair works out to a lot more than what Tenor thinks is fair.
