Once again within the same day American courts side with  Venezuela at the expense of American and Canadian investors.

.... the court lacked personal jurisdiction over the South American company.

The law moves in strange ways. It may not have personal jurisdiction over Venezuela but it has the  personal jurisdiction over theft of goods and infrastructure based in USA.  It's personal now;  Venezuela can confiscate Gemeral Motors in Caracus then we should be able to confiscate Citgo and PSVD in Houston.

On the other matter today which I have already posted earlier:

The US Supreme Court should be not be writing decisions based on personal value judgements on International trade and diplomacy and should stick to their main  job as interpreter of the National USA  laws.  We have International  Institutions whoes jurisdiction is International trade (ICSIC) and the World Court at the Hague, Sw.

Every 3rd world country now knows they can expropriate any American Company anywhere and be protected by the American Courts. They have just been given Carte Blanche!!  Weak!

And anything else you might want; like GRZ. (Where is the $750M already promised and signed over documents - Stock went from $8 at announcement and is now down to $3.33 today and trending down)

It is sickening that American Courts won't defend us investors in foreign counties which signed international treaties protecting foriegn investors.

They take our money (American Wealth flowing out) to build the infrastruction to start producing then kick us out. This emboldens their treasury American money flowing in) and sucks out money from our treasury.  Influesing for  low GPD growth for sure.

I thought basic American philosophy created laws to protect the helpless little guy. Very dissappointed with 2 hits in a row even if these do not affect us directly but does set a precedent.

Say something "nice" about these Liberal left leaning courts we have here.
