VZ probably has enough info on the property from the old Placer Dome/Vanessa Ventures days to satisfy development, and the fact that if memory serves me correctly there was at least two viewers of the data room that kry let in when possible sale/ jv or whatever was in the wind. Depending on who they were info could have been scavenged by them. So much crooked stuff went on anything is possible. I put basically no value on kry's mining data that they may hold. I think VZ has the info.
