VZ folded when GRZ won the right to have VZ post a bond whilst appeals etc. were being fought. This is an important step. If Crystallex win this and VZ are required to post a bond then we can expect a new phase to begin - my guess is Sept. but sooner is very possible.

Of course Maduro may force civil war before then although I suspect the military will try to prevent that.
