It's a necessary step in enforcement and it could result in VZ trying to reach some settlement with Crystallex/Tenor - I believe this is further than GRZ had to go. But it is another legal process and there are plenty of delaying tactics open to VZ. Don't hold your breath, if we actually have to sieze assets and monetise them it could take years not weeks or months.
