A beginning that holds promise.

I think I read somewhere that Mellon has $65M of Vz money. If someone knows otherwise, share.

Is this final or is there an appeal possible? The law moves in strange ways.

Must have surprised Paau.

$65m is about 20% of the $315M naval contract.

Assume seizures keep coming do we wait until the entire $1.2B is collected before distribution? Long wait I think.
