I get a kick out of Maduro trying to blame the U.S. for his countries woes.

VZ was in finacial trouble years before those sanctions were implemented.

When a leader places blame like that, they are usually the cause themself.

Mismanegment, corruption, greed. Maduro...You're FIRED!!
