Willemstad.- Officials of the Government of Curaçao expressed their fears Friday that the retention of the Panamanian oil tanker Proteo in Bullenbaai Bay - with a shipment of Venezuelan crude due to the debts claimed by several shipping companies - worsens relations with Venezuela.

Port authorities informed on Wednesday that the tanker was not allowed to leave following the claims of several international shipping companies, which demand 30 million US dollars from PDVSA for alleged bills pending payment, Efe reported
