That is what has to happen. The current VZ "ruling" regime needs to fall.

It is very "nice" (?) of Columbia to make this statement. Is there alterior motive?

Anyway, anything has to be better than what is going on now.

It seems that if (when) Maduro is out of office, the bills are going to get paid.

And then, in a few years, we will be meeting in the New VZ for vacation fun and

drinks watching our favourite rock icons.

(South Americans LOVE bands like Rush and Dream Theater, etc).
