Justice is about protecting the average general public who have little or no recourse nor means to protect themselves against those most powerful.
This is constitutional. They speak about it all the time in public media. But when it comes to applying not only Moral Justice but Justice itself the rich and most powerful almost always win in every court. This is what is happening here with Tenor, Fung stealing our rightful ownership of capital we invested from our own sweat and tears. They (Tenor) invested nothing in the infrastructure and development of KRY property in Venezuela ($500M). We did. All they (Tenor) and (anybody else could have done this) did was put up $75M to go after $1.04B which by comparison is a drop in the bucket. It's called carpetbagging which interprets as stealing.
We have every right to get our original investment back and it should happen if you want to speak about Justice or Moral Justice. This is actually simply Business Investment Justice when there is now enough money there to pay us back.
