Hasn't Rusoro been monitoring KRY's proceedings?

Maybe they feel they have a better argument.

Hopefully the courts will "throw their hands up" and say,

"OK, you guys can have it, Conoco is going to disolve it (Citgo) anyway. But

Crystallex was here first; sorry Rosuro. But if there is anything left, you can have it."
