King & Spalding, the Rusoro Lawyers, are waisting no time in joining the party.

If KRY decides to pass on this opportunity too (it passed on the $700 million Nomura Notes) to collect, in this case, the full amount, it will represent the second instance of flagrant bankruptcy fraud.
