Ify, Is the pre-award interest the total of "the 6 month average LIBOR plus 1%" or is the pre-award interest the 6 month average LIBOR up until the date of award, then 1% going forward. Or...will the whole amount from the date of award going forward be "the 6 month LIBOR plus 1%". This makes a huge difference. We're about 900 days past the award date at somehwere between $38,000 and $95,000 per day, using 2.5% total (Libor at 1.5% average, plus the 1%). I'm confussed. Thanks for your input.
