Be careful about defamation, what you have said is a serious allegation in a public forum. I would be grateful for a full retraction and apology. You may think this, you may even ask me if I am but you may not state it and not expect to face consequences. Right now those consequences are a retraction and apology.

By the way, it is not my opinion that Gowling are dead and gone. Two highly respected shareholders have said so right here. They have no reason to mislead anyone. And Gowling may still be involved but not as regards the opt in brief. It would make sense to use Gowling to defend what is left.
