I can't get out of bold text.

Ok. Does anyone think this should be ammended? This is what we see above the big blue "bar" at the top of every post. It is still there. I copied it and pasted it. I was sitting here looking at it and I was like "I see this all the time, why hasn't it been corrected?". I have a few ideas on how to reword it but I figured I didn't need to. I noticed it once before then forgot and it usually is "Unseen" by habit. I think this is no longer true. I don't know about "Elsewhere". Anyone?  :-)
