Maybe some of your acquaintances who have shares asked for your opinion and you began to post to suppport your         "?legal? opinion here for them to read.

It is common practice in legal service  here in America to take a case to court and provide advice to a client for 1/3 of the award if the lawyer wins the lawsiit or otherwise there is no cost to the client if lost.

Gowling WLG is a world wide reputable legal firm with a hih rate of successes unlike yourself with likely no legal affilliiations. Small man.
