Caracas.- This April 10 the Treasury Department issued a statement where it announced that once again the validity of the General License 5C was extended until July 22, which reinforces the protection of Citgo because the bondholders of the PDVSA Bond 2020 may not take any action to take control of that company."
 
On April 24th SCOTUS has a hearing re KRY.
Are these two events connected? If SCOTUS sides with KRY the Treasury department declaration is moot probably.
I think SCOTUS hearings are suspended for now.
