Proof that R. Fung and his handlers bent over backwards to missappropriate assets that belong to the shareholders.

It makes clear that the R. Fung and the other members of the Board of Directors wanted to bury the value of the mining data in the settlement agreement, so that Tenor and the directors, in turn, could benefit from assets that belong to the legacy shareholders alone. They tried to do the same with the tax loss carry-forwad benefit.
