It boggles my mind how slow the legal system is. We will be 3 generations into this. In the meantime penalties,interest, and salaries eat at the value. Eventually there will be nothing left to fight for, ah but the attorneys will be rich. What a great scam for them. Wish divorces could last this long... just kidding. Those who get to eat at the trough are and VE is sitting pretty as they haven't had to pay for 20 years. Those who are suffering are the shareholders who trusted management. Too bad there is not the abilty to punish Ve by doubling it for breach of contract. If there was, we would have been paid yesterday. Another mistake by mangement...keep cashing your checks.
