1. Opting in - definition: the act of wasting time and money aka getting it wrong yet again

- The alternative was to play possum, something the Tenor-KRY SS (for Sinkable
Ship) would have loved.

2. Crystallex mining data - written off in 2009, now worth about the same as the value of opting in

- Again, why did Fung bundle it in the settlement with Venzuela?

3. Writing to a judge - worthless but more value than opting in

- Yeah. It exposed the Tenor-KRY SS to the world and beyond.

4. Shareholder equity - 9% of nothing is how much? Maybe one day (2024??) it will be more than nothing.
