In the last Monitor Report Gowling is listed on the Service LIst (i.e. Legal Representatives recognized by the CCAA Court) as legal counsel for the nine Shareholder Committe members (listed separately to make clear they do not represent the Sign-in shareholders). This is contraty to the precious assertion made by N. Kluger.

Note also the addition of David Cohen to the legal counsel team.

It makes you wonder the significance of both events.
