My knowledge in this context is miniscule compared to yours. I feel we sign ups were used for “other” reasons regarding the Gowling project.

It still bewilders me the courts don’t give more merit to shareholders.

For the average Joe Shareholder to take this on would be a challenge to say the least. Wanna be my Lawyer?
