Respectfully, how does this help the common shareholder? The Ad Hoc Committee could and will most likely accept a large settlement from Tenor in a non disclosure agreement. If that happens, just speculating, where does that leave the common? Judge Hainey doesn't see us and as he stated in the past if we wanted to be heard we should have paid for representation from the start of all the proceedings with Judge Neubould. I am trying to find this path to the money. Help me out.
