This must be unprecedented. I just can't digest this continuation of unending litigation. How high is the pile of court pages accumulated now from the beginning of this case? 1000's? Now we wait again for November 2021.

37th, 38th, 39th ... and on it goes.

Looks like Vz just waiting for Tenor to run out of money and this is their defensive move.
