At RML the insiders own a big portion of the shares outstanding that they bought with their money. They have both a coporate and a personal vested interest in getiing Venezuela to pay up. 

Venezuela  withdrew recently its appeal to RML's request to the DC District Court for recognition of the arbitration award as a U.S. judgement. This is the first step for RML to pursue the collection of the award in U.S. courts. 

I believe that RML may not be able to collect the award soon, but not for lack of trying. But they will try hard to collect sooner than later because management has skin (their own) in the game.
