Three points to consider regarding Judge Stark's nomination:

1.- Nomination to a Federal Circuit requires confirmation by Congress and takes time. So, Jude Stark will not be leaving the DE District any time soon,

2.- The KRY case is a "signature" case for J. Stark, who will not want to let it fizzle. He will enter a final order before he leaves the DE bench,

3.- Venezuela has gone into defensive mode because the OFAC has indicated that it cannot keep collectors at bay for long because the U.S. Courts will no accept the status quo much longer. The political B.S. has out-lived its purpose. Good riddance!
