Let us not forget that ...

a) The Maduro regime walked away from two settllements agreements even after quid pro quos such as the Nomura notes realease, to mention just one,

b) The executive branch of the U.S. government is the only impediment to the collection of the money judgement issued and confirmed by U.S. courts, including the SCOTUS.
