Thanks Osmo. I wrote to Judge Hainey back when we were taking this route. I explained in a quite detailed letter the impacts and other details of this fiasco on the common guy that bought in.

I received a letter back from the court in fairly strict terms not to write the Judge in this way. It crosses into the trying to influence him realm( well yeah!) and if I wanted to pursue things they suggested proper legal channels.

Is this different? I hope it does some good but it’s just a head shaker now this whole thing.

If this is a different situation I’ll grab a pen and start writing.
