I think we only need the judge to say SELL (Auction) Citgo and set a  date. Vz will pay up immediately and we will be settled within 6 months or less. 

If it actually goes to Sell (Auction) we have a very, very long wait to get our share of the money.

I'm sure the first outcome will be the final result. But you never know in this rat race. Hopefully.
