I read that Citgo may currently have a $13 billion valuation and had a record $2.8 billion profit last year.  Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think all of the ICSID awards combined are even half that valuation. IMO, VZ would be crazy not to settle (And by settle, I mean actually PAY UP NOW -- Not any more promises from VZ because we've seen how that turns out).

I was single and childless when I got into KRY. Now my kids are graduating and moving out.  Enough is enough. This needs to end this year.
