Any person who claims to have any interest in the PDVH Share Certificate, or in any PDVH action ("Applicant"), and wishes to be heard at Trial, shall submit to the Court, as well as inform the parties to the Case, no later than November 15, 2023, the following information to support their claim:

Applicant's name and legal address.
Circumstances giving rise to the Applicant's participation in PDVH's share certificate, or in any right over PDVH's assets.
Evidence, including affidavits, that support the merits of your claim.

Do we as "ANY PERSON" apply to us as individuals? We obviously have an interest. Thanks.
