Is this notice made on behalf of Crystallex for us Shareholders or is this notice made on behalf of Crystallex for Tenor. Like a warning.

I am not sure I like to see this new event. But maybe just part of a natural process.

It seems we are being put on "notice" for something.

I'm not sure this is favorable to shareholders. Need more information before the meeting if possible.
