NorthKid, my thoughts exactly but lawyers are smart. They know the laws.  VZ has never missed an opportunity to derail this process.  If there is a legal way their lawyers can claim bankruptcy to slow things down, they will. 

I'm no lawyer but I would guess a company doesn't need to be broke to file for BK.

While we're laughing, the other side is drawing up another Hail Mary.
