Dakshidin Increases Its Ownership Interest in HKS (Wuhu) Environment Energy Development Ltd. for $2.5 Million US
LAS VEGAS, NV, Jul 21, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Dakshidin Corporation (PINKSHEETS: DKSC) (FRANKFURT: 4LQ), producers of the world's most powerful water pumping windmill, is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Huasheng Financial Management Group (hereinafter referred to as HSFM) to increase its share ownership to 60% of HKS (Wuhu) Environment Energy Development Ltd., which will own 100 acres of prime industrial manufacturing facilities.

The HKS (Wuhu) Green Village Project is a Joint Venture partnership between DKSC and HSFM, with a total investment of $7.5 million US. The project is located in Wuhu City in the province of Anhui, China. The Wuhu Green Village manufacturing facilities project occupies 100 acres of prime industrial land; the JV Company HKS (Wuhu) is proposing to build three modular 20,000 square feet manufacturing plant facilities initially and on site Green Village accommodations for workers. One of the plant facilities will manufacture the RESTEC Mark 10 water pumping windmills & other RESTEC products to the end users in China and overseas markets. The other two plant facilities will manufacture LED street lighting and water purification systems.

In exchange for the additional ownership purchase of the joint venture from HSFM, DKSC will issue shares equivalent to the cash investment amount of $2.5 million US at ten cents per share. On completion of the exchange agreement, Dakshidin will become the majority shareholder of the joint venture, which will greatly enhance the asset structure of the Company and provide a solid platform for the booming Chinese market.
