Market maker activities are regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) as well as by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”). The SEC will usually handle investor complaints, but the only way that they will investigate the MM's of ATDS is if they get complaints from them. There is a poster on Stocktwits that actually posted the SEC complaint links and phone number. Whoever that poster is, they are obviously not very happy with the way that the MM's have been trading our stock.
