When an application has been duly filed, whatever the subject, it remains all in the hands of the Authority as to the date they will grant the request. So the mention of September 15th as the D-Day is the expected date of the listing, based on previous experience of such applications made in the past.

The application depends on DDI (done), the listing OK depends on the Exchange (awaited).
