An ideal situation in my mind would be to sell their shares of DDI for enough to move Black Horse forward, plus a little bit more to keep the lights on for another six months.

I suspect that there is very little chance that something like this would be announced in a Mining Minute. A change in the control of a publicly traded company would have to be announced in an official press release, even if the numbers are only a couple million dollars.
