Mr. John Ryder, P.Geo

Mr. John Ryder became the President of Dianor in January 2002 and has over 30 years experience in mineral exploration worldwide. Mr. Ryder is a graduate of University College Dublin, Republic of Ireland. For eleven years, he conducted exploration programs for RTZ as a senior geologist, in Ireland, Scotland, Germany, Saudi Arabia and Canada. Between 1991 and 2001, he was a private geological consultant in the exploration field of gold, platinum and diamond exploration in North, South and Central America.

Mr. Daniel Duval

Daniel Duval became a director of Dianor Resources Inc. in 1997. Mr. Duval has more than 20 years of work experience in the mining industry. From 1987 to 2003, he worked at the LaRonde Division of Agnico-Eagle Mines Limited (a Canadian gold producer), where he served as an accountant. He is currently Chairman of the Board and Chief Financial Officer at Dianor Resources Inc.

Me Neil Wiener

M. Neil Wiener joined Heenan Blaikie in 1981 and has been a partner since 1988. Mr. Wiener practises exclusively in the area of securities law, with emphasis on public financings. He has been involved in numerous public offerings, for both issuers and underwriters. Mr. Wiener has also handled private placements, take-over bids, reverse take-overs, going-private transactions, stock exchange listings and a broad range of other securities matters. Mr. Wiener was a lecturer in Business Law at McGill University from 1989 to 2000. He also speaks regularly at conferences relating to corporate finance and securities.

Mr. Pierre Paquet

Mr. Pierre Paquet works as a business development consultant. Throughout his carrer, he was active in forest products marketing for many organizations including Norbord, Gestofor Inc. and Abitibi-Consolidated for 27 years.

Mr. Lawrence Kozak

The Honourable L.C. Kozak, a retired Ontario Superior Court Justice and former lawyer, spent most of his legal career in the city of Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, followed by 18 years as a trial and appellate court judge in the city of Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Mr. Octavio Soares, FCA

Mr. Soares is a graduate of the Université Laval of Quebec and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation from the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec. For thirty years, he worked mainly for the Quebec public service. He also co-founded societies in sectors related to the hotel industry and health care workplaces. Mr. Soares is currently Director of funding of political parties for Chief Electoral Officer of Quebec. He is on different board of directors.

Mr. Werner Zapfe

Mr. Zapfe is the owner of Four Seasons Drywall Systems, a Scarborough-based construction company, Ontario.

Mr. Nicholas Houghton, A.G. (C.I.G.)

Mr. Houghton is an accredited Gemmologist with 30 years experience in jewellery manufacturing, design, and marketing. Having worked with diamonds and coloured stones in both retail and wholesale he brings to the company a wealth of expertise in design work and marketing. Mr. Houghton is President of Cadiam Investments Ltd., a Vancouver-based polished gemstone marketing company.

Mr. Gérard Roy

Mr. Gérard Roy joined Dianor in December 2006 as a corporate controller. Mr. Roy has more than 35 years of experience as a general accountant in various industries such as forest, mining, transportation as well as for a chartered accountants firm. From 1988 to 1995, he was president of Gestion S.M.Ii. Inc., an employment agency, and president of Phoenix Consultants, a corporate investigation agency. At the same time, he was also vice president finance administration for Société Minière Louvem Inc. and for Exploration Monique Inc.

Mr. Pascal Gagnon

Mr. Gagnon joined Dianor Resources in May 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) and he is a member of the Order of Certified Management (CMA) of Québec since January 2008. He has held the following positions – account project manager with Emco Building Products; financial analyst with Bell Helicopter and prior to join Dianor, management accounting analyst with Xstrata-Nickel, Raglan Mine.

Mrs. Chantal Chagnon

Mrs. Chantal Chagnon joined Dianor in 2002 as an administrative assistant. She has a bachelor' degree in business administration.

Mrs. Julie Brouillette

Mrs. Julie Brouillette joined Dianor in June 2005 as a secretary. She holds a college degree in Office System technology specialization micropublishing and hypermedia.

Mr. John Ryder

Mr. Thomas E. Landers, P. Eng. M.Sc.

Mr. Landers is a mining engineer with a Masters of Science degree (rock mechanics, 1986) from Queen’s University, Ontario and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario. During his professional career he has filled various positions at Algoma Steel Inc. (now Essar Steel Algoma), involving mine and project management including positions as Chief Mine Engineer, Mine Manager and Project Manager. He has been intimately involved in mine design, mine management and optimization and has published articles on these topics. The primary focus of Mr. Lander’s efforts has been directed towards Algoma Steel’s mining properties in Northern Ontario, particularly the Wawa area and Northern Michigan, USA and during this period, 1974 to 1998, he resided in Wawa. From 1992 to 1999 he was the Manager of Mines for Algoma Steel Inc., overseeing the Wawa area iron ore mines and consulting on Algoma’s Michigan open pit operations. As a Project Manager at Essar Steel, one of his most recent projects was managing Essar Steel Algoma “Closure Plan for the MacLeod Mine” and expediting its’ development, execution and approval.

Mr. Yanick Aumond

Mr. Yanick Aumond joined Dianor Resources in May 2005. He holds a college degree in geology and mineralogy. He currently occupies the post of geology technician and is responsible for the compilation of geological data and the production of various charts and/or a maps pertaining to the company’s mining exploration projects.

Mr. Serge Caron, Geos Sciences

President of Geos Sciences Inc., a private company specializing in geomorphologic (till) sampling, Mobile Metal Ion (MMI) soil sampling/ geochemistry, ground magnetic geophysical surveys, general exploration and grassroots exploration.

Serge Caron is a consultant to Dianor Resources since 2001. Mr. Caron is a graduate of Laval University where he received a bachelor’s degree plus a master’s degree in physical geography specialised in geomorphology. He has been working in mining exploration for 11 years.

Mr. Bernard-Olivier Martel, P.Geo

Bernard-Olivier Martel has been a practicing geologist since 1999. He is a graduate of the University of Québec at Montreal. Mr. Martel’s experience ranges from government service, to engineering, mining, and exploration geology. Prior to and after graduation, he worked on a variety of mapping projects for the Ministry of Natural Resources of Quebec.

Subsequently, as a founding member of an engineering laboratory, he became an expert specializing in pyrite-bearing backfill and the mitigation of associated negative impacts on foundations. His mining experience is in iron ore production, entailing routine mining geology activities, as well as mineral exploration, geotechnical and hydrogeologic aspects, including the operation of a related technical computer system. In 2005 he became a consultant on Dianor’s Leadbetter diamond project in Ontario.

Independent Consultants

Mr. Carl Verley, P. Geo

Mr. Verley is Dianor's qualified person for the Leadbetter Diamond Project, Killala Lake, Metalex-Mori Diamond, Dumas and McMurray Projects as per regulation 43-101.

Mr. Verley is the Principal of Amerlin Exploration Services with extensive exploration experience for a variety of commodities in Canada and abroad. He has been involved in a number of successful discoveries, including being part of the team that found Mountain Province Diamond Inc.’s Gahcho Kue diamondiferous kimberlites in the NWT. Carl is a consulting geologist to Dianor and continues to sit on the Board of Mountain Province Diamonds Inc.

Dr. Allan Miller

Mr. Miller is responsible for the petrography and geological modeling on the Leadbetter Diamond Project.

Mr. Miller obtained an Honours B.Sc. in Geology from Carleton University and a Ph.D. in Economic Geology from the University of Western Ontario in 1977. His 25 year career with the Geological Survey of Canada included the position as a regional metallogenist specializing in the geology and mineral deposit environments in the Western Churchill Province and metallogenetic comparisons to similar Precambrian Shields in Australia, Brazil and Fennoscandia-Russian Federation. He has extensive mineral deposit experience including volcanic-associated massive sulphide, magmatic nickel-copper deposits and epithermal precious metal and uranium deposit experience in the highly prospective Thelon Basin, N.W.T as well as the world-class uranium districts in the Athabasca Basin, SK and Kombolgie Basin, Australia. Mr. Miller participates as a technical advisor on many of Uravan’s projects and continues to define economic PGM targets for Uravan using the databases compiled on Ontario, Manitoba and the Northwest Territories.

Mr. Pierre Boileau, engineer - geophysicist

Mr. Pierre Boileau has been consulting for Dianor since 1999. He graduated from École Polytechnique de Montréal with a geological engineering degree – geophysics specialization (B. Sc. A., Ing). He has been actively involved in mineral exploration for the past 35 years and as a consultant for numerous Quebec and Ontario companies since 1983. He specializes in magnetic, electromagnetic and electric surveys for mineral exploration. His main involvement with Dianor concerns the processing and interpretation of ground and airborne electromagnetic and magnetic surveys.

Mr. Jean-Pierre Cloutier, P.Geo

Mr. Cloutier is Dianor's qualified person for the Jeames-Bay, Otish, Queotish and La Trève Projects as per regulation 43-101.

M. Cloutier is a geologist who graduated from University of Montreal in 1968. Following his graduation, he held various operational and managing positions within major exploration and mining corporations. During his career, he designed and managed numerous multidisciplinary exploration programs ranging from regional reconnaissance to resource definition. He acquired, in the process, an expertise for the exploration of nickel, base metals (Cu-Zn), gold and diamondiferous kimberlites.

As a consultant since 1994, he has managed and supervised exploration programs at various stages for several companies. More recently, he has been involved in the preparation property evaluation reports and technical report compliant with the NI 43-101 norm.

M. Cloutier is a member of the Ordre des Géologues du Québec ("OGQ") and the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario ("APGO").

Mr. Christian D'Amours, Geopointcom

Mr. D’Amours is president of Geopointcom a company specializing in resource and reserve calculation of mineral occurrences and deposits.

Mr. Christian D’Amours has been a geologist for twenty years. During the nine first years of his career, he mainly worked in exploration. During this period, he had the occasion to try different techniques in exploration in recognize projects and in advanced projects. During the six following years, he worked for Placer Dome and McWatters where he occupied the employ of mining geologist and senior geologist. During the ten last years, he specialized him self in geostatistics, geological modelling and evaluation of reserves. In March 2000, he create the company of Géopointcom and realized modelling geological projects, calculation of reserves, estimations of geostatistics parameters, programming tailor-made and basic optimisation of data for the account of Agnico Eagle Laronde division, Lapa, Goldex, Santo Nino to Mexico, Aurizon Beaufor division, McWatters Exploration and Bema Gold division Julietta in Russia.
