TSXV-Listed Dolly Varden Silver Boosts Size of Flow-Through Private Placement to $3 Mln

03:55 PM EDT, 06/05/2019 (MT Newswires) -- Dolly Varden Silver (DV.V) on Wednesday said it would raise the size of a private placement of flow-through shares announced a day earlier by 9.1% because of investor demand.

The company said it would seek $3 million in the offer, up from $2.75 million, and will sell 12 million of the tax-advantaged shares for $0.25 each.

The company will use the funds to explore its Dolly Varden property in British Columbia.

Dolly Varden shares were last seen down $0.005 to $0.20 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
