09:56 AM EST, 03/02/2020 (MT Newswires) -- Dolly Varden Silver (DV.V) was up 15% after the company on Monday said it appointed Ann Fehr as its chief financial officer and corporate secretary.
The company said Fehr, an accountant, has 25 years of experience in corporate finance and compliance. She is replacing Carla Hartzenberg, who resigned earlier this month as part of a management shake up at the company.
"On behalf of the board of directors, I would like to welcome Ms. Fehr to the team at this exciting time and thank our former CFO, Carla Hartzenberg for her commitment and many contributions at Dolly Varden," chief executive Shawn Khunkhun said in release.
Dolly Varden shares were last seen up C$0.035 to C$0.275 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
