Mr. Eran Friedlander comes from a strong business background with work experience for both public (Intel, Strauss Elite) and private companies (GH Financials, FantIne Group) throughout Europe and the Americas.

In his first capital market job, Mr, Friedlander spent 7 years trading futures and options on the London International Financial Futures and Options Exchange (LIFFE). He then moved to become a founding partner to multiple successful public and private ventures active in the financial, IT and natural resources sectors.

Throughout his diverse business career and by way of fulfilling multiple business functions Mr Friedlander has developed strong financial, business development, marketing and strategic planning skills. Mr. Friedlander holds a law degree (LLB) from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel and an MBA from the Institut Superieur de Gestion (ISG) in Paris, France.

Leslie shen

Leslie Shen

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Leslie Shen brings over 8 years of experience in financial management and reporting. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, he also conducted audit engagements for Chinese companies already listed or seeking a public listing in Canada.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Shen was a senior auditor at Manning Elliott LLP in Vancouver, where he provided assurance and advisory services to public companies listed in Canada and the United States. Before working with Manning Elliott, Mr. Shen held senior positions with Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP and BDO Canada LLP where he primarily provided assurance services to mining companies at different stages of development.

Mr. Shen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from University of British Columbia and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Canada.

Dr. José Eloi Guimarães Campos

Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Guimarães Campos is an expert in the field of stratigraphy, sedimentation and tectonic evolution, specifically with regard to sedimentary phosphate occurrences and their geological framework within Brazil. His experience spans over 22 years with the past 17 serving as the Professor of Sedimentology, Hydrogeology and Soil Sciences at the University of Brasilia, Brazil.

Dr. Guimarães Campos has been a consultant for numerous projects throughout Brazil, including co-advisor to the technical study of the Campos Belos/ Itafós Arraias phosphate deposit in Goiás-Tocantins state now owned and operated by MbAC Fertilizer Corp. (“MbAC”). His other experiences include his involvement in the technical study of the Rocinha and Lagamar phosphate deposits in the state of Minas Gerais.

He obtained his Masters Degree in Geology in 1992, and continued on to complete his Doctorate Degree in 1996, both from the University of Brasilia. He is a member of the Brazilian Society of Geology (SBG) and of the Association of Professors of the University of Brasilia (ADUnB).

Amorim

Prof. Paulo Amorim

Vice President of Exploration

Prof. Amorim is an expert in developing phosphate projects. In particular, he specializes in evaluating projects, selecting targets and overseeing progress through all stages of development from exploration to feasibility studies. Prof. Amorim has spent 38 years in the mining industry, most recently with MbAC and Rio Verde. Prior to these roles, he was the General Manager of Exploration and Acquisitions for Brazilian mining giant Companhia Vale do Rio Doce (“Vale”) for 22 years.

During his time with Vale, Prof. Amorim was team leader in charge of the opening and operation of the Vale Mineral Exploration & Development Division in Angola. He was also the key person responsible for the evaluation of Vale’s mineral opportunities in South America, the Caribbean, North America, Russia, Turkey and Africa. Prof. Amorim spent his final six years with Vale assessing their mineral assets portfolio and selecting which projects would be most suitable for farming out.

As head professor of Economic Geology at UERJ (Universidade de Estado do Rio de Janeiro), Prof. Amorim has authored two books on mineralogy. The first is titled “Guia de Mineralogia” (Mineral Guide), which was edited by Geosol in 2004 with its second edition released in 2007. His second book is titled “Minerais em Grãos, Técnicas de Amostragem, Preparação e Identificação” (Mineral Grain Sizes, Sampling, Preparation and Identification Techniques), which was released in 2005. He is a Geology graduate (B.Sc) from the Rio de Janeiro Federal University, post-graduate in the Evaluation of Mineral Deposits from the Freiberg University, Germany and also is a post-graduate in Mining and the Environment from the Technological Center (CENTEK) at the Lulea University, Sweden. He has a MBA in Management Development from IBMEC in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Edvaldo

Edvaldo Guimaraes

Sales and Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Advisor to the Board

Mr. Guimaraes is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with over 20 years of agricultural-specific experience. He has worked with multinational corporations such as DuPont do Brasil, Adubos Araguaia and MbAC Fertilizer Corp. Mr. Guimaraes’ experience includes operational engineering, sales, strategic planning, and managing environmental and legal affairs.

Most recently, Mr. Guimaraes held a senior management role with MbAC, where he assisted in developing the business and feasibility plan for their direct application natural fertilizer operation. As a result, Mr. Guimarães was able to gain a unique understanding of the fertilizer market located in close proximity to both MbAC’s Itafos and DuSolo’s Bomfim project, the key players and their specific requirements.

Mr. Guimaraes is fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese. He obtained his B.S in Agronomy from the University of Rio Verde-Goiás, Brazil in 1990, and then completed his MBA in Marketing from the University of Delaware in 2000. Most recently Mr. Guimaraes has completed his executive MBA in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral.

Tiago Pereira

Production Development Manager

Mr. Pereira is an accomplished mining and safety engineer with over eight years experience in the industry. He has extensive management experience in mine planning, drilling blasting, plant design, and production management with large Brazilian companies including Votorantim, Lafarge Agregados and most recently MbAC.

As the Chief Mining Engineer for MbAC, he was involved with the planning, implementation and production of natural fertilizers at their Itafos Arraias Plant.

Mr. Pereira is a mining engineering graduate from the University of Sao Paulo and has obtained his M.Sc in flotation processes from the Federal University of Rio Grande de Sul.

Fabio

Fabio Carvalho de Mondoca

Vice President of Business Development

Mr. Mendonça brings with him a wealth of experience in the mineral exploration sector, including 10 years in senior geologist roles with Xstrata Nickel, Yamana Gold Inc. and Castillian Resources.

He has extensive expertise in evaluating mineral deposits, scoping and baseline studies, HSEC and QA/QC practices (inc. Six Sigma Green Belt training), combined with knowledge of DNPM (Brazilian Mining Department) policies. As such, Mr. Mendonça will be instrumental in helping DuSolo move forward with the development of its Brazilian assets.

He successfully completed his M.Sc at the University of Brasília.

Rogerio

Rogerio de Lucena Alves

Bomfim Project Manager

Mr. Alves brings with him 12 years of senior level exploration and consulting experience. He has worked with international mining companies, including BMM Mineraçao Brazil, Falconbridge Brazil, and had a five year career with Kinross Gold Corp. both internationally and within Brazil. Most recently, Mr. Alves consulted for the Lundin Group’s Sirocco Minerals in South America.

At DuSolo, he is responsible for planning and executing the projects’ budgets, coordinating drill programs and managing the team in the field to assure exploration milestones are met within the pre-assigned timelines.

Mr. Alves completed his B.A in Geology from the University of Brasilia in 1996 and his MBA from the State University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil in 2000.

Mauricio Prado

Qualified Person (QP)

Mr. Prado is a geologist with over 11 years experience working with some of the top mining companies in Brazil including Vale and Votorantim Metais Niquel S.A (“Votorantim”).

He specializes in exploration, mine planning, geostatistics, co-ordination, resource calculation and ore control. Mr. Prado has worked with a number of commodities, including iron ore, nickel, copper, gold, tin, bauxite, fluorine, niobium and specifically phosphate. He has been responsible for both long and short term planning for several open pit mines, and has vast experience with geometallurgy and geotechnical projects.

Mr. Prado has studied geo-statistics extensively through the Mining Engineering Department of Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (MAIG) and has the appropriate relevant experience and qualifications under the JORC Code and National Instrument 43-101.
