11:15 AM EDT, 04/24/2017 (MT Newswires) -- Duran Ventures (DRV.V) plummeted 18% in recent trade after it acquired three gold-silver mineral concessions in Northern Peru through direct application with the Peruvian Ministry of Mines or by direct purchase.

The properties acquired were Miton de Oro, Indio Inka, and Pueblo de Oro. The company plans to find a partner to initially explore the property.
