Message: Eagle Hill Proceeds with Share Consolidation

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / January 21, 2015 / Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation (EAG.V) (the "Company"). Further to its news release dated January 13, 2015, the Company has received TSX Venture Exchange approval for the proposed 20-for-1 share consolidation. By written resolution, shareholders representing greater than 50% of the outstanding common shares of the Company have voted in favour of the share consolidation. Accordingly, the Company's issued and outstanding common shares have been consolidated such that every 20 existing shares have been consolidated into one new share, resulting in Eagle Hill having approximately 23,843,766 shares issued and outstanding. The Company's options and warrants have also been adjusted to account for the consolidation in accordance with the terms and conditions of such options and warrants.

Effective at the open of trading on January 21, 2015, Eagle Hill's shares will trade on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis. The Company's trading symbol "EAG" remains unchanged.
