Mr. Kitchen is a Vancouver-based businessman. Mr. Kitchen has been the President of PBK Financial Engineering since April, 1997, a company that offers corporate finance consulting to small-cap corporations.

Mr. Kitchen is currently the President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Yankee Hat Minerals Ltd., a TSX-V listed issuer. Since November, 2006, Mr. Kitchen has also been the President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Corporation, a TSX-V listed issuer. Since February 27, 2007, Mr. Kitchen has been the Corporate Secretary for Mammoth Capital Corporation and since July 26, 2007, Mr. Kitchen has been the Chief Financial Officer and a director for 26 Broadway Capital Corporation, both CPCs that are TSX-V listed issuers.

From February, 2003 to October 2008, Mr. Kitchen was a director of MegaWest Energy Corp. (formerly Brockton Capital Corp.), an issuer listed on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board. From May, 2005 to June, 2006, Mr. Kitchen was Chairman of Cyberhand Technologies International Inc., an issuer trading on the Pink Sheets LLC.

Mr. Kitchen received his Masters of Business Administration from McGill University in June, 1987. He received his Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of British Columbia in January, 1985.
