So, I finally buy a small position in EAS and ithe price drops over 10%. That hurts.

Does anyone know of any fundamental reason for the drop in the share price?

I am sure there will be a real drop off when the four companies are split off.

Has there been a date of record set for the spin-off?

I appreciate any feedback.
