Message: El Nino Ventures Announces $500,000 Non‐Brokered Private Placement

September 2, 2010 Vancouver, Canada – El Niño Ventures Inc. (“ELN” and the “Company”) (TSX.V: ELN; Frankfurt: E7Q) wishes to announce a non‐brokered private placement of up to 10,000,000 units at a purchase price of $0.05 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $500,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one nontransferable share purchase warrant. Each share purchase warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the Company over a period of three years at a price of $0.07 per share in the first year; $0.08 per share in the second
year; and $0.09 per share in the third year.

A finderʹs fee may be payable. The foregoing is subject to regulatory approval.
The proceeds of this private placement will be used to aquire new projects and general working capital.
