Wrong! MOU is with Toyota. Tesla and Toyota will be partners in the new Giga factory. Toyota will open the door to Electrovaya to be a partner in this new factory.

I own 62,000 shares of EFL and I am not selling a single share until it reaches the IPO of $8 dollars.
