Yes,  That fits perfectly as BMZ is also a part of TERRAE.  They can  handle current production from their location and transition to the new plant as it is starting up.  That would mean BMZ and Litarion would both have two plants running in Germany.  TerraE being a captive plant, the second one would service outside customers.  It is looking better all the time.  Now for some good sales numbers at the end of this quarter.
