I contacted the university in Germany to see if I could get hold of a "Research Report".  Here is my email reply.

Dear Mr. Xxxxxer,

thank you for your enquiry.

The project "Giga-LIB - Erforschung von Fertigungsmethoden für eine modular
aufgebaute Lithium-Ionen-Zellen-Produktion zur Integration in Elektrofahrzeuge" is
due to run until 31.08.2017. Therefore there is no report to this research project
available yet. The earliest date on which the report could probably be submitted to
our library the beginning of 2018.
